#16 invalid XMLRPC initialized can't show Gabor Hudiczius anonymous
Description

I have installed the problem and followed all the instructions.. no error showed. (Especially I do the ./configure --with-xmlrpc-c in rtorrent)

Currently I haven't installed the rTWi yet.

Now when I startup the rtorrent in the console. It shows up with: Using 'select' based polling

instead of: XMLRPC initialized with xxx functions.

Here is some info.

  • Currently running Fedora Core 1 (it's a hosted computer so can't change!)
  • rtorrent.rc has been set in the home directory of root
  • use root to login
  • torrent file placed in /tmp/torrent/files
  • downloaded files placed in /home/tmp/testing
  • downloading files no problem.

Should I stopped here before install the rtWi of I still go ahead? If there is a problem in XMLRPC, how I can solved as I have installed them all

#24 fixed DOMDocument::loadXML() [domdocument.loadxml]: Empty string supplied Gabor Hudiczius anonymous

I receive this error:

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/www/data/rtwi/includes/classes/xmlrpc_handler.inc.php on line 427

Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in /usr/local/www/data/rtwi/index.php on line 381

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /usr/local/www/data/rtwi/index.php on line 10

Warning: chdir() [function.chdir]: No such file or directory (errno 2) in /usr/local/www/data/rtwi/index.php on line 10

I am 110% certain that it should be working, as I have tried using both the socket file method and http://domain.tld/RFC2 method in my users.conf which both WORK with wTorrent (another rtorrent web interface).

So to summarize, I have tried the FILE and HTTP methods, which BOTH WORK with wTorrent. The socket IS readable/writable. The HTTP method DOES work. This is a serious bug in the software that needs to be fixed, and not ignored!!
